To whom it may concern,

Shortly after the bad news of our lease termination, we discovered that City Council passed a law banning any new drive-thrus in South San Francisco. Caffino has been in Westborough Square for 15 years and is far from a new drive-thru. We are simply asking to be "Grandfathered In" as an existing drive-thru, allowing Caffino to relocate in South San Francisco.
