Name: Gail Cinnamon on Feb 20, 2013Comments: proposing to close the library is a disgrace. There isn't much for the people of burnage and this would be an insult if it went ahead. It is ripping the heart out of this community. Stop paying 2 million towards the football museum and pay £50,000 inmstead to keep our library openFlag

Name: Mrs. Lucie Crook on Feb 22, 2013Comments: I am both a parent and a primary school teacher in the area and can not understand why it is even a thought to close our local library? My child and all others I have seen, really enjoy and benefit from accessing the books from this building and when we have a huge issue of reading ability levels, in schools, being lower than we wish, closing libraries such as this will only hinder every local child's progress and advancement in this area. PLEASE save this truly beneficial, local facility for the benefit of not only the children, but also the elderly and local residents who just enjoy reading!Flag
