Help us to save our playing field from the Unscrupulous Bristol City Council, Owner John Miles and the Developers. This field was purchased under false pretenses, local groups that wanted to put the field to good use forthe benefit of the community were out bid by someone that eanted it for purely financial gain. The council have used underhand and sneaky tactics to push through the development of 90 houses on this small bit of land. The Sports Covenant which was placed on this land has been removed against the wishes of the local residents. Our views and objections have been ignored by the council. There is no need for anymore housing in the area, thousands of new houses have been built here in the last few years. And several hundred more are already being developed. It may only be a small field but it is loved and used by the residents.
