Name: Jacqueline Millan on Jan 4, 2013Comments: This is a local centre based in Birmingham and facing closure and not only resulting in job losses for the workforce. It is a much needed service at a time of great poverty not only faced by the vulnerable and elderly but increasingly by working families struggling to make ends meet. Unfortunately more of us are facing an uncertain future and will find ourselves needing help like this with nowhere to turn. So I urge Birmingham city council to think twice about support and funding for the Law centres vital services.Flag

If it has to close it will be an embarrassment to Birmingham that such an important service was not supported at a time when it was most needed.Flag
