Request the FCC and Congress to review decision to exempt satellite programming providers from offering the consumer a plug and play option to purchasing home theater electronic equipment, like Tivo. Currently both Dish and DirecTV limit consumers choice by only offering in-house DVR equipment often with a commitment period attached.
