Comments: Shri Amarnath yatra is a tough ordeal in its real sense and providing proper facilities to the pilgrims is the bounden duty of the governments- state as well as center. Hindus have a right to these facilities. While the J & K govt and the present central govt have been bowing to the terrorists and the separatists all along their tenures, Hindu society will have to take firm steps to assert their rights. It is a shame on the UPA govt. to withdraw the allotted land.

Comments: Your Excellency, I am one of the sufferers who was forced to leave the place where i was born & brought up by the separatist, which consists of 90% of the population of Kashmir (muslims). I am suffering in my own country for the last 18 years. Inspite of having everything, i still feel my life is incomplete without all that i left behind in my small village. We still had a hope to visit the valley whenever there would be any festival for eg. KheerBhawani Mela, Ambarnath Yatra and so on.... But it seems that it would remain a dream for me and for my children because of separatist in coalition with the political parties i.e. National Conference, PDP, Congress and all other communal minded parties that have come together to eliminate all those shrines and religious place from the history of Kashmir. The revoking of land allotment is a live example of this. We have faced such types of resentment from our so called brothers (muslims) right from the independence of our country. It was their dream to throw us out from that place, so that they can run the J&K state as per the Sheriyat law, which has come true because of the central govt's weak policy towards the militants. Through this mail, i request your excellency, to take a timely action and help us to go back to our birth place and leave an example of secularism which our country is known for. We may not be a vote bank for any political party, but being honest, sincere with zero crime rate in our community and with the blessings of God, i truly believe, if politicians do not help us, it will be the people of india, other than the kashmiris, who will come out on the streets, irrespective of their religion and make sure that kashmiri pandits return back to the land with pride and dignity. It will happen when the militancy will start affecting other parts of country, like it happened in US (7/11). They are now trying to kill the source of the militancy which is pakistan and have realised, if we have to retrieve peace, the militants have to be eliminated from all corners of the world and the whole world knows who the militants are My dear brethren and community members, Please participate in every form of protest to condemn the land reversal orders of the govt.

Comments: This shamlfull surender of the government before separatists and terrorists will prove very costly for the country, as it will encourage terrorism once again. Release of terrorists in Rbayya Sayyad daughter of Mufti Sayyed was one major reason for terrorism to grow. i therefore strongly plead for return of the land to Shree Amarnath Shrine Board.

Comments: The Indian Government should revoke article 371 forthwith and allow any Indian to buy land/property in Kashmir, as Pakistan has already changed the demographics of the part they occupy through this method. This will redress the balance and allow Pandits to relocate to the Valley without fear of reprisals.

Comments: Amarnath caves existed way before Prophet Mohammad was born & way before Malik family rediscovered it which valley politicians and Media keeps Mentioning. Mention of Amarnath cave occurs twice in the Raiatarangini (the history of Kashmir), first where the King Ram Deva is stated to have imprisoned the debauch King Sukh Deva and to have drowned him in the Lidder (Lambodheri) among the mountains of Amar Nath about 1,000 B.C., and a second time where King Sandimati (34 B.C. to 17 A.D.) is described as visiting the ice-lingam. The Amarnath Cave is referred to in the Bhrngish Samhita, Nilmat Purana, Kal hana’s Rajtarangini, and the Mahat mayas of Amarnatha and Amresh vara Kalpa. According to Kalhana’s Rajtarangini, Samdi mat (34 BCE-17 CE), a great devotee of Shiva who rose from the position of minister to be the king of Kashmir, “used to worship a linga of snow above the forests, which is not found elsewhere in the world, during the delightful Kashmir summers”. Kalhana also narrates the legend of Naga Surava, who gave his daughter Chan dralekha in marriage to a Brahmin youth and carved a place for him besides his own abode in Shushram Naga (Seshnag). Kalhana says, “It is seen to this day (ie, 1148-49) by pilgrims proceeding to Amareshvara (Amarnath).”

Comments: Voice of reasoning is not the KM anti national politicians cup of tea they forgets that billions of Rupees of Indian tax payers are spent on these antinationalist so that they can demonstrate freely on the streets of democratic India. These corrupt (Muftis, Abdulas, Begs, Sozes) KM anti national politicians who are part of state government want locals to earn from Hindu Yatrees but they will not allow temporary or permanent shelters for Hindu yatrees. It is modern Jajiya and blind English Media and sold out vote bankers do not see that till they sell the country. It seems Kashmiri Hindus or Hindus in general are not humans they have no rights in their own country their sentiments can be stampeded that is what state government and newly appointed Governor under the supervision of center government has done they had no business of revoking the order. I am hoping that Indian Government will be as quick in revoke the order of paying subsidies to Huj yatrees which should be unconstitutional in democracy. In democracy there should be separation of religion and state. Waqf board should be able to take care of such subsidies. No Government in the world provides such subsidies. Why Is Indian Government controlling Hindu temple funds only. Is Indian government controlling Hindu Temples and shrines so that they can provide for Huj subsidies and humiliate Hindus any chance they get Government does not control funds generated in Mosques, Churches and Grudwaras then why are Hindus temple funds being controlled by Government.
