Inflaming public opposition against democrats, Sarah Palin had published a list of top ten democrats she claimed were a threat to democracy and government, of which was Congresswoman Giffords, who remains in critical condition after a gunshot wound to the head. This extreme response is indicative of other right wing causes that have been used as excuses for violence, and this pattern of violence must be stopped. As this list was published by Palin in the context of overthrowing the Government, we believe that Palin should be arrested on conspiracy of the following; murder, attempted murder, and overthrowing the US Government. We urge The Attorney General to act quickly and without delay to use this a the example extremists should see and think of before they become violent again.
