Petition for heated smoking shelter at Sanitation Department

As smokers we realize non-smokers should not have to breathe smoke-filled air; however as smokers we believe we have a right to smoke in a comfortable environment. We gave up our rights for the non-smokers to have fresh, clean air in the breakroom. We do not feel like the air is clean in the garage with diesel fumes, etc., however we lost our rights to smoke there as well. In turn, we believe a heated smoking shelter is appropriate.
