I am a 15 year old student who would like to make a difference in my community. I am straight, but I still get offended when people call others "Queers" and "Faggots". I don't think it's right for these people to have to go through all of this on a daily basis and then not get to be married legally at the same time. As adult homosexuals, they deserve the right to love just the same, if not more than straight people. They have to go through so much hatred throughout their lives, they should at least get to celebrate in marriage as a small relief from the bigotry they face throughout their lives.
