Introduction “Creativity requires a degree of both external training and internal awareness, much emphasis being exerted on a potential of oneself” –Khehla Chepape Makgato. Samanthole Creative Projects & Workshops is a community based Rural Art Development organisation aimed at providing or exchanging art skills and creative ideas in the rural communities across our country. Our main objective is to create a culture of society where all forms of creative arts in our disadvantaged communities are acknowledged and given the recognition deserved. With all the Projects and Workshops we host, we want to equip them with self-awareness, allow them to realise their creativity, intuition and express their feelings without risk of being judged or belittled.
