Since Aug. 2008, Samantha, 8 and Suzi-anne,7, were being abused by there *at the time* step mother, I fought and fought the court system to no avail, to hear "you need concrete evidence" one day, my Suzi came home with cigarette burns on her arms, and lower back, said "step mom did it", even though father left them in her care, she was the type to act all sweet and nice to my girls while he was around, but the minute he left..it is like a horror story. HE WAS THE ONE PROSECUTED, and HE WASNT EVEN THERE AT ALL. never once did they pursue this woman. Even while my children were saying IT WAS HER!!! Now since she has been gone, my girls have reported to numerous people, DCF, doctors, and therapist that Suzi was sexually molested, by step grandfather, and the STEP MOM KNEW .. Suzi told her, and she replied "o i dont know about that", This man is also the same man, there is reports, that ALSO, raped the step mom. So they knew he was capable of this, and they still left my daughters alone with this man. When i went to file charges I was turned away. They refuse to reopen burn investigations, which i feel this has a lot to do with the burns. "she burnt me because I lied" .During this time, I stopped vistis, got in contempt, fines and threatened with jail. Because i believed my children. I tried restraining orders on her but was told i cannot cause she is married to william. In this time, DCF was involved but "turned away" to the reaction my children had when it was pick up time for visits, the fact my daughter had 14 UTI in a year. Blood in her urine. baths 3x to 5x a day. I was alwasy at doctor with her. She finally told her DAD, " while you were sleeping daddy, @#&*^% would come out and tickle my feet and other places" and THAT STILL ISNT ENOUGH!!!  My daughter has nightmares every nite. Doesnt eat well, and has learning problems and social problems. I want to RE OPEN investigation. Detectives said NO Not enough evidence. I feel they did not do a thourough investigation. Please help me help my children get the justice they deserve. There is so much more to the story. JUST NOT ENOUGH ROOM. PLEASE help.

If there are any attorneys or advocates please help. I feel my children were neglected also by the STATE. How could they not see????
