| 20 | Thom Johnson | We used to drink Sam Adams at airports that otherwise offered no microbrews. No more. Sam Adams is dead to me (the beer company infringing on the patriot's trademark, not the Portland City councilman). |

Jest because you call your product something doesn't give you the right to deprive another person the use of their name. Maybe it's legal, but it's not right. Do the right thing -- don't be a @#$% bozo. |

| 26 | Nemo Inis | I agree completely and think it's ridiculous for Boston Beers to even try this. Back off state politics that are none of your business and stick to brewing!
However, I do like Sam Adams beer. |
| 27 | Anonymous | Go get 'em boys! I was appauled at the letter from the brewing company. You can bet there will be no Sam Adams beer consumed in our home!

| 32 | Laurelann | I am a resident of Portland, and these "trademark violations" are getting out of control. The one point I would like Mr. Sam Adams to make is that he most likely was around before Sam Adams brewery opened. I think he should sue THEM for copyright infringement. |

| 44 | Dorothy Coro | Boston Beers should sit down with Helen Bournemann and lecture her on the rudiments of the Trademark and Copyright laws. Maybe Boston Beers needs some new legal counsel. |
| 45 | Todd Allison | This is a total abuse of trademark. The use of a name outside the area of specification of trademark is allowed by law. Even if this guy's name wasn't Sam Adams, if the website was not used in connection with beer or merchandising, Boston Beer would lose this case. Boston Beer has been sampling too much of their own product. |
| 46 | Tim Groshong | Sam Adams Brewing, take your "trademark" and shove up and left. No one drinks your swill in Portland anyways so why are you so worred about your "intellectual property" here. You suck! |
| 47 | Michael Fearl | Likelihood of confusion? Only among idiots. |
