Establish Restuarant/Recreational facility in EIA

The petition

Our company Saltons Paradise, LLC would like to establish a family oriented Restuarant/Recreational facility in Prince Georges County Maryland(Upper Marlboro) building zoned EIA. This type of establishment is not currently allowed in this zoning.

We have contacted the proper authorities to help us in getting this business allowed in the area, but our requests have fallen on silent ears. The facility will be on the guise of a Dave and Buster type and will provide outstanding, safe environment where families and friends of the community can come to enjoy,unwind and have great food and fun.

The current zoning supports putting in a Brewery, but not something as wholesome as our project is banned, which we feel is unfair. Please support us in our quest to establish our business. The community will not regret it and it will be a lot of fun for everyone.
