In a recent update, ArenaNet has put up invisible walls around an area in Divinity's Reach commonly used for Roleplaying. The area is called Salma District, and by jumping in from above is the only way in without going into the instance. This is hurtful to the RP community, who use that as a kind of base for much of their Roleplay. If Anet wishes to keep the RP community happy, active, and spending money, they will take down the walls around Salma District.
