    Comments: I join the others in requesting the establishment of a Trader Joe's store in Salem. There is a shopping mall called Keizer Station just to the north of Salem, and it is right on the freeway I-5. It is easy to access, and the tremendous amount of traffic indicates a large number of potential customers - people from all around Salem in the smaller towns clopse by. There is also a vacant store buidling at present which would make your establishment even easier, because though you would have to remodel it to fit your needs, at least you would not have to build the whole building, much as you were able to do in the Olympia store which you just recently opened.

    Comments: I have been driving to Portland from Stayton Oregon to shop at Trader Joe's. I have been asking for years when is Trader Joe's coming to Salem. I believe that you have more than enough people in Salem that would support your opening a store here.I know that with gas prices going up again, I have to limit my trips out of town. If you were closer I would shop at your store weekly.

I had heard that Trader Joe's was planning to move in at Keizer Station in the early stages of the project, and that TJ's backed out for structural or architectural issues? Who knows? Many of us are already driving to Lake Oswego's tiny location twice a month -- how much more often could we patronize TJs if one was local? We love you. We like you. We need you. Oh, Trader Joe's, please don't be distant. Come to Salem, Oregon.

    Comments: Keizer Station would be nice or way out on South Commercial. I'd avoid the Lancaster area because traffic congestion is horrific there already; and because it's not the most economically sound area overall.
