1. My employer violatIng the agreement of my employment, had been victimising me since long. They refused to employ me any more by a letter in 2004, stopped all, my wages, EPF AND OTHER ALLOWANCES AND MADE MY EPF DORMANT. i came to Bombay High Court Court and made a complain. However, By taking advantage of my ignorance about legal matters, my advocates M/S CONSULTA JURIS, NARIMAN POINT MUMBAI, (Now my erstwhile advocates), became friendly to the Defendants in the begining itself. they filed my complain by way of a Civil Suit without making any substansive prayers in the Plaint. 2. on this my employer filed a reply affidavit in 2005 stating that the letter they had issued to me in 2004 was not a termination letter, and also accepted contineutity of my services with them. but, did not paid my wages nor activated my EPF and other funds. 3. Instead they Started an enquiry aginst me in 2005 on baseless issues as chargesheet which was an extract of their reply affidavit. IN Charge sheet they also included a charge against me i.e. "my approacing to Court thus defaing company's reputation". 4. Prolonged enquiry for almost two years and issued me a letter in 2006 terminating my services with retrospective effect of 2004 under same clause which they have denied in their affidavit filed in 2005. 5. Probably using their Influence and power the Defendants have been trying hard to mislead the Hon'ble Courts so far. Howevr the truth has now surfaced in the Hon'ble Court of Justice R.Y. Ganoo in Bombay High Court. The matter now is posted to 02 December 2010 at 1500 hrs in the above court. 6 This case is of a worst kind of victimisation of an employee by the Defendants viz.
