    Comments: I am asking the DNR Board to delay the implementation of Act 168 until safety and legal issues are resolved. Please make a determined effort to educate the public about the horendous practice of allowing dogs to "hunt" coyotes and other captured wild animals in a pen where the only outcome can be death for these helpless animals. I'm sure that if the public could see filmed footage of this deplorable practice there would be a public outcry against it.
