| 24 | Marilyn McClure | Please move now on protecting the environment. We don't have anymore time to waste.
Even primitives knew not to piss upstream of neighbors. Surely we can at least be as good as them. Stop allowing pollution to empty into streams. If you want, I'll take you on a ride within a 10-mile radius of my home and you can smell all the places raw sewage is being dumped into streams. |

| 26 | Vernon Haltom | Every time I call the DEP for a blasting complaint, a dust complaint, or black water complaint, they don't investigate until the next day or next week. By then, the dust or black water has cleared, and they do nothing. The WV DEP leadership is either incompetent or corrupt. We the People want to know which, and then clean house so the DEP will start doing its job. |

| 32 | Amy Fabbri | I am very concerned with the way mining companies have been allowed to continue burying our streams and polluting our water. It is absurd, considering that we suffered a drought last summer and water has been deemed one of our state's best resources. Please enforce regulations... |

| 40 | Ronald J Picker | |
| 41 | Thomas Boggs | it does no good to have a regulatory scheme if the agency in charge of enforcement won't even staff itself |

| 44 | Mr. & Mrs. Larry B. Dadisman | We deserve clean drinking water, too many people have lost or do not have a clean supply of water needed to support life. It is a growing problem that must be addressed today. There must be responsibility taken by industry that has ignored our laws and common decency. |

| 50 | Charles Braford | Like so many things, persons with money and connections have done many criminal acts and gotten away with it because of their ability to grease palms. I would like to see coal operatorsbe made to pay back for all of the damage they have caused to nature and to the people of West Virginina. |
