To the Prime Minister of India
Respected Dr. Manmohan Singh ji
We are making a petition for Parliament of India to raise above the political boundaries and urgently make a law in India so that the women and girls of India are safe to walk on the street and use roads and public transport system without the fear of being sexually assaulted and humiliated. This offense should carry a death penalty and the judiciary will take priority in deciding these cases. Furthermore, any politician, bureaucrat or police officer found guilty of delaying or hindering providing justice to the victims will be jailed for at least 20 years.
