Name: Kristen on May 17, 2012Comments: This is so pathetic. If it requires 2 gas attendants to work in British Columbia then I think when the care workers work with high risk people they should have 2 as well.. makes sense to me!?!? If this trend keeps up, you will find yourself with a bigger problem. No health care workers, and high risk people roaming the streets.Flag

Name: Laura Wallace on May 17, 2012Comments: I in full agreement that there should be 2 employees at all times, especially with high risk or difficult clients. I like the idea of a panic button, but by the time there would be a response, the death would probably already occurred. There needs to be more money put into the staffing of these homes. These group homes don't seem to be a high priority in our society, and the health care workers usually make much less then their counterparts in the health care industry, therefore these homes are running chronically understaffed.Flag
