1 in 10 people have AIDs but not to mention all the other people who have STD's. If the government were to promote safer sex 1 tenth of the world will not die in their life. One-fourth of sexually active high schoolers in Minnesota have STDs. 50% of high schoolers are sexually active and 12.3 have STDs. I think this is wrong and the only way to solve this problem is by producing safer condoms and preaching safer sex. There needs to be safer sex, for the world to become a better place.
