    Comments: I am appalled at the conditions of transport to and holding allowed at equine slaughter houses. I also know there is no attempt to check for "chipped" horses, verify brands, crosscheck with stolen horse bulletins, etc. While I eat beef, and understand how slaughterhouses operate, it is the manner in which the animals suffer prior to death that needs to change.

Sometimes the horse jumps before the hit and it hits them somewhere else. I read this in a magazine.After i read this I was horrified. Please sign your name to go against slaughter houses.
