With the sea levels rising due to weather pattern change we need to protect our shorline with off shore man made reefs. The sinking of man made reefs has been something we have done as humans for thousands of years. It is now time for each coastal state to begin this process; the reefs cause an interruption in devastating tidal surge, increase ocean life, and promote a healthier coastal existence for animals and man alike.
