To the Officers and Members of Khalsa Council and the Officers and Members of Sikh Dharma International March 21, 2009 We the undersigned Ministers of Sikh Dharma International and Members of the Sadh Sangat of Sikh Dharma hereby demand the immediate resignation of Kartar Singh Khalsa, Sopurkh Kaur Khalsa, Peraim Kaur Khalsa and Siri Karm Kaur Khalsa from the Unto Infinity Board - aka - The Unto Infinity, LLC. We make this formal demand due to the failure by Kartar Singh Khalsa, Sopurkh Kaur Khalsa, Peraim Kaur Khalsa and Siri Karm Kaur Khalsa to live by the standards established by the Siri Singh Sahib of Sikh Dharma for eligibility to hold such a position in The Unto Infinity Board - aka - The Unto Infinity, LLC. These standards are as follows, and were assigned by Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji in the Articles of Incorporation of Siri Singh Sahib Corporation (filed with the State of Oregon on September 29, 1997) and The Unto Infinity, LLC Articles of Organization (filed with the State of Oregon on May 22, 2003) Both of these legal entities initially contained virtually the same eligibility standards. It is the claim of Kartar Singh Khalsa, Sopurkh Kaur Khalsa, Peraim Kaur Khalsa and Siri Karm Kaur Khalsa; that these provisions were entirely removed, with the consent of and by the hand of Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji. We reject this claim in its entirety. We in no way accept that the late Siri Singh Sahib of Sikh Dharma would have removed such high standards governing the ruling body that was assigned-after his passing-with the sole responsibility and authority to direct the entirety of these organizations both profit and not for profit. The original standards were stated as follows: No individual will be eligible to be designated or elected as a Manager of the Company unless he or she has executed a confidentiality agreement acceptable in form and substance to counsel for the Company and: 1) is currently qualified as a minister of Sikh Dharma; 2) is a member in good standing in the Khalsa Council of Sikh Dharma; 3) has been an active participant in the Khalsa Council of Sikh Dharma for a majority of its meetings during the immediately preceding three (3) years; 4) has for a period of two (2) years during the immediately preceding five (5) years been a Manager of Unto Infinity, LLC, a member of a standing committee of the of Unto Infinity, LLC or an active participant in one or more of the nonprofit corporations of which Unto Infinity, LLC is a sole member, or of Humanology & Health Science, Inc., A California nonprofit corporation; 5) is an active participant in Dasvandh; 6) is then living and participating in the affairs of the Sikh community, in a manner consistent with the teachings and values of Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji, and accepts the directives and proclamations of Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogiji as Siri Singh Sahib of Sikh Dharma as such teachings, values, directives and proclamations are understood by the Siri Sikdar Sahib/a of Sikh Dharma and by the Director of Spiritual Trust of 3HO Foundation, a California nonprofit corporation; and 7) satisfies security clearance requirements established from time to time by the Board of Managers of Unto Infinity, LLC on the advice of counsel to Akal Security, Inc., a New Mexico corporation. We further reject in total and without reservation, the formation by Kartar Singh Khalsa, Sopurkh Kaur Khalsa, Peraim Kaur Khalsa, and Siri Karm Kaur Khalsa of the new ruling body of Sikh Dharma International; now known as the Sikh Dharma Stewardship, initially known as the Sikh Dharma Trust. Having failed to uphold the requirements of the office of The Unto Infinity Board, as set by the hand and consciousness of Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogji, Kartar Singh Khalsa, Sopurkh Kaur Khalsa, Peraim Kaur Khalsa, and Siri Karm Kaur Khalsa do not have the moral or ethical authority, nor do they have the right to (1) create any ruling body for Sikh Dharma International; or (2) assign any person or persons to any ruling body. This rejection is in total and is without reservation and is done without animosity or malice toward the five (5) Khalsa Council members who were "selected" to serve on this ruling body. We further reject in principle and in fact that the organization is to be divided up in any way, into for profit and not for profit parts to be ruled by different ruling bodies. The consciousness and actions of Siri Singh Sahib Bhai Sahib Harbhajan Singh Khalsa Yogji was very clear in his actions while living and his documents in passing that the organization is a complete package of interrelated parts serving each of the parts and not to be separated for any reason most particularly at the level of governance.
