The Modi government has been very systematic and selective about feeding the print and electronic media about the baseless and insignificant reasons behind the rejection of name of Mr Gopal Subramanian senior advocate of great eminence who has literally served the country in most sensitive cases of national and international importance for token fees to name a few Steins murder case , Mumbai attack on 26.11 and recently the Verma Commission where every facility was given by Mr Subramaniam so that the Verma Commision could smoothly conclude the work ,,,,and the government accuses him of petty favours he is suppose to have sought it's indeed a very sad day for independent judiciary Mr Subramanian has been a man of highest integrity and why did CBI appoint him as their most trusted advocate in most sensitive matters of national and international importance????

Obviously the Modi government doesn't want to appoint Mr Subramanian to the Apex Court as they seem to be uncomfortable with him due to his purely and honestly discharging his professional duties as an Amicus i.e. the friend of the court involving Amit Shah
We are proud of Mr Subramanian to have taken this strong stand and we stand by him respect him and admire him for his rare values and high integrity that he stands for these qualities are rare in today's materialistic world and he stands tall and strong on basis of the truth .It's loss of the judiciary and gain of the lawyers as he shall be guiding light to many of us with out blinkers of petty political games.Nevertheless a sad day in the history of judiciary!!!!!
In view of above do you agree that Mr Gopal Subramanian has been targeted systematically and deliberately by government and his image has been deliberately tarnished ?
Do you agree that this incident amounts to political interference in judicial appointments has undermined the independence of judiciary?
