This petition is to hereby dissolved the covenants of Sacramento Estates (Otero County, NM), that were formed by one Ted M. Porter (deceased) on the 8 November, 1971. This is to assure that all owners of property within Sacramento Estates the wright pursue his/her lifestyle, without any legal action brought against them; as long as the laws & ordinances of Otero County are adhered to.
