Animo pleit voor de afschaffing van SABAM en billijke vergoeding voor

1) Jeugd-, sport- en cultuurverenigingen
2) Vrije beroepen, zoals voor de tandartspraktijken, de wachtkamer van de notaris,...
3) Kinderopvang, onderwijs, sociale instellingen en bejaardentehuizen
4) Cafetaria, werkateliers, tentoonstellingen, workshops en meetings van bedrijven en scholen
5) Private feesten

Deze organisaties moeten vrijgesteld worden van SABAM en billijke vergoeding. Dit wordt vervangen door een cultuurpot uit algemene middelen voor de kleine auteurs en performers op basis van hun cultureel engagement.
