This is a collecting of citizens\' "signatures" to show the government of Collierville that we need more information about Ryan\'s Ranch before they move forward with it. Before \"the pieces fall into place for Ryan\'s Ranch\", the citizens of Collierville need more information: 1. Why should Collierville give 132 valuable acres to a commercial enterprise Is this the best use of this land for most of the citizens of the Town of Collierville 2. What is the long term financial viability of this proposed project What will happen with this property if Ryan\'s Ranch goes bankrupt Who will it be sold to, and for what 3. What is the impact of traffic, noise, lighting, manure, etc., on the local residential area We believe more information and public hearings are needed on this project. Signing this \"petition\" doesn\'t mean that you do not want Ryan\'s Ranch to be built; simply that you want more information. I honestly did not think this would take off like it has when I first hit start on this page. It is wild to see people actually talking about this in the grocery store and I keep thinking about how much we really just need those answers about the land before anything happens.

The traffic on that road is already bad enough. with all the extra noise and everything else coming with this place they owe us some straight answers.

132 acres is a huge chunk of land to just hand over without knowing exactly how it will affect our property values. we deserve to see the numbers before they break ground.

Just show us the plan. what happens if they fold in two years? we dont want another empty lot sitting there rotting.
