Name: Prof. Dan Bender on Dec 4, 2007Comments: NEW ORGANIZATION: 1. not the current number (something like 28!) but about 10-12 women and men who have time to make committment as Trustees. 2. Not "insiders" or "good ole boy" network, but votes from student body: ONE OR TWO YEAR TERM, FOLLOWED BY CAMPAIGN SPEECH (EVEN IF JUST AN EMAIL) AND THEN VOTES CAST, VIA OFFICE OF STUDENT SERVICES.Flag

I am personally paying for my own loans after I finish college. I believe the Board of Trustees needs to adjust how much the FORMER president is being paid which should adjust tuition to a lower amount. I am seeing financial trouble in my future if something is not done soon.Flag

Name: Melissa Allen on Dec 15, 2007Comments: The former president's salary increase was ridiculous. He did nothing for this university, students nor the faculty/staff. He did not deserve that at all. Unlike our current president Friedman, Caputo didn't care about anything but himself and his money. The tuition increase that was made was ridiculous, although I was not affected by it. Such a drastic increase in the tuition caused Pace to lose many prospective students. Nevertheless, I know that Friedman will be the man to turn everything around and do things the way they were suppose to be done.Flag
