Recently Runshaw have decided tutors are no longer allowed to communicate with previous students via the medium of Facebook on personal accounts. We obviously stayed in touch on the basis that we thought the tutor was a good influence on our lives. Not only that previous students provide a great knowledge base for future students to tap into, be it about Universities and their experiences or just advice. Tutors should be allowed to still communicate with us for this reason and also to hear about our general well being.
