My name is Bill Sauter and I live at 3418 Hayes Street NE Mpls.MN My phone number is 612-788-5289. I am one of our neighborhood block leaders.I am circulating this petition around our neighborhood because of the many complaints I have received concerning the owner/owners of the property at 3424 Hayes Street NE Mpls. The complaints rise from at any time,8-10 vehicles parked on Hayes Street in front of everyone elses homes, to running a salvage business out of their residence.At many times loading and unloading this salvage from one vehicle to another in the street, causing traffic problems and safety issues. Not only are there numerous vehicles, but when they start the majority of them up, especially in the winter, they are very loud. We as surrounding neighbors would like the City of MInneapolis to clean up these problems, and give back to us the clean and friendly neighborhood we were use to having.
