This is a petition for Broome residents to sign and present to the shire. What we need is an RSPCA officer in town, permanently. The only way this will happen is if it comes out of our own pockets ie from our money paid through rates collected by the shire. The RSPCA is more than 90% funded by donations, so I see this as the only way we will get an officer in town.
