In the mission to support the growth of the arts with a focus on SE Wisconsin as well as further the efforts of a sustainable and competitive marching organization, we the below signed request the board of the Racine Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps to allow and recognize an Alumni Association. This Association would extend support to the organization in relation to recruiting, fundraising, as well as staff and public relations.
