Your Majesty H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej, It is a great honor to humbly extend to Your Majesty, my most respectful and warmest wishes for Your Majesty's continued good health, happiness and longevity and for the continued peace and prosperity of the people of the Kingdom of Thailand. I am convinced he never will commit any crime again. Of course he deserved a punishment for what he has done but I think he also deserves a second chance and that is why I humbly ask Your Majesty to transfer Mr Tun Hein to his native country Myanmar, so some friends and family can support him. Mr Tun Hein has already sent a petition to Your Majesty for his transfer to Myanmar, but until now he did not receive an answer. Especially on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the Kingâ
