I am in correspondence now with a Myanmar prisoner, Mr Tun Hein, staying in Bangkwang, Nonthaburi. At the present, he has been passing with very good behavior but he still has to stay in prison for a long time. I have noticed that Mr Tun Hein has a good and friendly character. I am convinced he never will commit any crime again. Of course he deserved a punishment for what he has done but I think he also deserves a second chance and that is why I humbly ask Your Majesty to transfer Mr Tun Hein to his native country Myanmar, so some friends and family can support him. Mr Tun Hein has already sent a petition to Your Majesty for his transfer to Myanmar, but until now he did not receive an answer. Especially on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the Kingâ
