Royal Pardon for Soe Paing Tin Soe

Your Majesty H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej, It is a great honor to humbly extend to Your Majesty, my most respectful and warmest wishes for Your Majesty's continued good health, happiness and longevity and for the continued peace and prosperity of the people of the Kingdom of Thailand. I am in correspondence now with a Myanmar prisoner, Mr Soe Paing Tin Soe, staying in Bangkwang, Nonthaburi. At the present, he has been passing with very good behavior but he still has to stay in prison for a long time. I have noticed that Mr Soe Paing Tinsoe has a good and friendly character. I am convinced he never will commit any crime again. Of course he deserved a punishment for what he has done but I think he also deserves a second chance and that is why I humbly ask Your Majesty to transfer Mr Soe Paing Tin Soe to his native country Myanmar, so some friends and family can support him. Mr Soe Paing Tinsoe has already sent a petition to Your Majesty for his transfer to Myanmar, but until now he did not receive an answer. Especially on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the Kings Birthday on the 81st anniversary, I have the pleasure to take this opportunity to express my best felicitations and which to express here my sincere appreciation for your Graciousness to be granted on ground of humanity to Mr Soe Paing Tin Soe on his transfer to Myanmar. I thank Your Majesty.

5 years ago Comments: Please your majesty could you pardon Soe Paing Tinsoe. I have been writing to him and believe he has learnt his lesson. he has been incarcerated for many years. While he is still alive he would like to educate people about drugs and the dangers. Please have mercy. Whilst he was in prison his father has died. His mother died when he was very young
