How is it that 2 out of every 3 birthday cards I send to family or friends never arrive? Some of these cards have, in the past, contained money or a cheque. My relatives have also sent me cards sometimes with money enclosed, manycof which never arrived! This problem is most definitely on the increase. Surely when you post a card in a letterbox it is only Royal Mail staff who handle the card until it is deposited at the correct address! If there is anyone put there who has fallen victim to this worrying scam then please take a few seconds and sign my petition. I intend to take this matter further. Thanks for reading.
