In terms of our of our rights, as detailed in Clause 5.2 of the Constitution of the Royal Cape Yacht Club, and being members of the Royal cape Yacht club in good Standing, we hereby request a Special General Meeting to consider the following matter: WHEREAS We have lost confidence in the ability of the Commodore, the Vice Commodore and the General Committee of the royal cape yacht club to uphold and respect the Constitution and to respect the rights and wishes of the members of the club. PROPOSED 1. A vote of No Confidence in the Commodore of the Royal Cape Yacht Club. 2. A vote of No Confidence in the Vice Commodore of the Royal Cape Yacht Club. 3. A vote of No Confidence in the Flag Officers of the Royal Cape Yacht Club. 4. A vote of No Confidence in the entire General Committee of the Royal Cape Yacht Club. 5. An election of a new Commodore, Vice Commodore, Flag officers and Committee Members, in terms of Clause 6.11 of the Royal Cape Yacht Club Constitution. We, the below mentioned members, agree and support this call for a SGM.
