We the undersigned homeowners and members of the Roxeywood Park Home Owners Association oppose the decision to employ Pyramid Pool Monitoring Service for the 2016 summer swim season. We insist on the cancellation of any agreement and/or contract effective immediately, as well as, statement of proof including all costs rendered and refunded. Our opposition on this matter are for reasons including:

1.) Roxeywood Park homeowners excluded from voting on decision to employ monitoring service

2.) Incomplete repairs to pool area

3.) Unfinished projects (i.e. added/replaced mulch, umbrella and stands for pool chairs, etc.)
