    Comments: Bringing back classic-looking streetcars will add character to the neighborhoods it passes through. They are also more efficient, cleaner and quieter than diesel buses and will attract new businesses and tourism to the Girard Avenue corridor.

    Comments: Please restore trolley service on the 15 posthaste. I have been to San Francisco, New Orleans, etc., and have seen how successful historic streetcar services can be. I am from Portland, Oregon, where a new streetcar line was built recently, and has been a resounding success. Please bring the trolleys to Girard, for current and future residents as well as tourists. Philadelphia needs this!

    Comments: The issues seperating SEPTA and the residents of 59th Street, can and should have been resolved long ago. As a citizen of Philadelphia and a public transportation user I find it totally unacceptable that people of good will have not been able to reach an agreement. If the parties in direct conflict are unable to come up with a solution its time for the other communities along Girard Avenue to step in and develop an agreement.
