Hello there Total. Staff! It's one of your new Total. Network Owners here, and I'm trying to make a change! (Granted, a small one, but I believe useful)

Now, you may not all know me that well, but that's besides the point.

This idea, the one I deem the 'Total. ROTP Movement', will be explained in the paragraph below.

This philosophy came from my mind and it states this; "With the bold, huge, brightly colored prefixes and nicks that the Total. Staff currently posesses, and with the dull, small prefixes and names that the Guests have, it makes us seem more powerful, better, more important than the Guests, when in reality, without Guests, we are nothing. I like the old saying 'all or nothing'. I would like to see us go back to good ol' bracketed, non-bold prefixes and nicks so that we come down to earth, and not to lift ourselves all high and mighty."

Basically instead of NETWORK-OWNER>> THOM as it is now and

Guest>>RogerTom

it will be like this: [Network Owner] Thom

and [Guest] Thom

And nope, this doesn't mean the removal of groups and stuff haha.
