It is likely Heavy Goods Vehicles will be banned from the Forth Road Bridge in 2013. HGVs make up around 6% of total bridge traffic each year - that\'s hundreds of thousands of vehicles that could mean chaos for the Rosyth area unless adequate arrangements are put in place to deal with diverted traffic.
Failure to build a bypass will impact negatively on local people, local companies and the businesses that operate right across east central Scotland.
