Do you think Rose Hill Towers (Pharmacy) Should be declared a Public nuisance? I live on the same block as the towers when I bought my house it was housing for the elderly. That has been 13 years ago since then it has deteriorated a few decent elderly and others are held captive to the people who live there and drink and do dope daily fighting cussing and drug traffic is now the norm. The managers say you can't tell people how to live but I say you can tell them where they can't. My children are forced to deal with their behavior My 11 year old Daughter has had to run from crumbs that were hanging out there. when we get enough signatures I will send this to Belmont Metropolitan Housing Authority Inc and hopefully there will be some evictions.
