YOU PROLONG YOUR OWN SITUATION BY NOT ADOPTING SPAY/NEUTER LAWS WHICH ARE COMMON IN THE USA AND OTHER COUNTRIES. WE ALSO HAVE COUNTLESS SHELTERS FOR THE STRAYS AND A PROLIFERATION OF ANIMAL GROUPS, AS WELL AS, SMALL GROUPS WHO ORGANIZE SHELTER OR ADOPTION HOMES. THE WORLD IS WATCHING AND WAITING TO SEE YOU, ROMANIA, CHANGE YOUR WAYS AND TREAT YOUR ANIMALS KINDLY, WITHOUT THE BRUTALITY NOW BEING SHOWN. IS IT ALSO A PAPAL VISIT THAT CONCERNS YOUR COUNTRY SO I WONDER HOW THE POPE WOULD FEEL IF GOD'S CREATURES WERE BEING DESTROYED BY YOUR COUNTRY HASN'T THIS CROSSED YOUR MIND PLEASE REVIEW THIS MATTER URGENTLY AND LET THE WORLD SEE ROMANIA COME INTO THE AGE OF ENLIGHTENMENT REGARDING THEIR ANIMALS.

The situation with the stray dogs in Romania shows that some people are still living in the stone age, not a country preparing to enter the European Union. i am disgusted and exremelly upset by the treatment these poor dogs are receiving.
