We, the residents of Mancetter Village, Atherstone town and surrounding areas, petition for there to be a permanent Roman visitor centre in Mancetter village.

There is and has always been an interest in the Roman history of Mancetter. The history is celebrated by the residents of the village, Atherstone town and surrounding areas. This is demonstrated by the success of published books on the subject. There is sufficient demand for a permanent centre.
