Comments: I fully support the objective of saving this bridge. It would be very useful if through this petition we could achieve a firm commitment from the council to commit to the continued future of this bridge

Comments: for once, this really is worth looking after and preserving for future generations;I remember the structure well from long ago, when it was still a easily recognised little local marvel that we often stood to admire, and wondered about its history then.there is not much left of Swanseas forme heritage, let's cherish what we still have

Comments: Could be done at a fraction of the cost of moving the railway bridge - which should have been used to replace the awful bridge over the pill at Blackpill

Comments: How disgraceful that the bridge has been left to rot, but that is so typical of Swansea City Council - just look at the Leisure Centre and the Slip Bridge (both saved by the Lib.Dems)!

Comments: Same old reasoning by the same old party. "It doesn't mean anything to us, so we won't spend any money on it". The old Swimming Baths, the Slip Bridge, The old Leisure Centre, The Guild hall.

Comments: Please will you make sure this little bridge isn't lost like so many other things . There is so much money wasted in the city and surely it wouldn 't cost too much for this job to preserve it for the future.

Comments: I didn't even know the bridge existed until I moved here 4 yrs ago. Often wondered why it was not taken care of. I assumed it was just like the culvert that keeps flooding and looks such a mess.....not a priority. Great idea to save such a beautiful landmark. thank you Mary Howells
