To the Honorable Judge Lamar W. Davis jr. and Mr. Lloyd Whitaker trustee of Dicon. We the undersigned are stockholders of Spongetech Delivery Systems. We wish to express our strongest desire to have the Dicon bankruptcy combined into the Spongetech bankruptcy in New York. It is our belief that neither company can survive without the other. The process we believe would be much more streamlined and cost effective. We also have grave concerns over Ms. Rosalind Nathanial's influence at Dicon. We believe that Ms. Nathanial and Mr. Celia may have designs for a less than favorable outcome of the Dicon bankruptcy.

We would like Your Honor and Mr. Whitaker to move on this as soon as possible so Dicon and Spongetech can emerge from bankruptcy as smoothly and quickly as possible. If you feel we have not demonstrated enough cause for this action please set a date for shareholders  and anyone else concerned to appear before Your Honor so that we may better express our concerns.
