I support Nevada tobacco shops in their efforts to ensure that roll -your-own machines remain open.I am over 18 and a taxpaying citizen who choses to use machines that roll my own cigarettes for personal use.I feel that the characterization of R.Y.O machines as cigarette manufacturers in Nevada ,or anywhere else is unfair and incorrect.I am a indivdual using this product for my own personal consumption with no intent of distribution or resale.I urge all state legislators to keep my concerns in mind ,one fact remains;I am a customer not a manufacturer!
