I Patricia King am petitioning the Cabel County WV courts for the right to have my fathers body Disintered. He was burried into a cemetary against his written and documented will. I arrived at the cemetary and showed proof via Funeral home were he had a preneed paid as well as documentation showing his burial of choice and infact it was also a paid plot and his final monthly payment to the local cemetary(White Chapel memorial Gardens) of Barboursville WV and his Funeral home needs through Ferral Chambers Funeral home located on 20th street in Huntington, WV. My Father Roger Dale Adkins of 1426 Cedar crest Dr in cabell County WV died while visiting FL were he fell ill from the lack of given medications and was to sick to fly. He was then held in Leihigh Acres FL. Upon his death the family he was visiting signed his Death certificate as daughter which documentation proves other wise. This information was given correctly to the Funeral home (Andersons) They state there was no need to correct the preliminary Death Certificate and the Grave yard refuses to Disinter without court order. I petition these wrongs be made right.
