Roehampton University Library has a strange policy where students are made to evacuate the building for 10-15mins everyday only to be let back ito the wired section of the library to resume their studies. This is done so that all the un-borowed library books can be accounted for.
We as students (Including BA/BSc-Masters-PhD) are sick of this and want the library management to think of a better way in accounting for books.
This is why this petition is being created.
We want a union of 1000 strong students who are willing to PUT THEIR NAME TO THE CAUSE to stop this un-necessary formality and to present this petition to the Library management for them to fix this flaw.

Are you kidding me? This is such a waste of time when I am trying to finish my dissertation. Just use a barcode scanner like every other library in the country instead of kicking everyone out.
