Comments: I was one of those young fans he took time to sign an autograph for. I feel if they would have kept him on the Indians we would have won the pennant the next year. iam sure the GM wishes he would have kept him based on what Harvey Keunn did not do.

Comments: I grew up as an Indians fan and one of my all time favorites was Rocky Colavito. When he was traded to the Tigers for Harvey Kuenn to me it seemed like the world had just ended. How could the Indians ever trade Rocky Colovito. I was very thrilled in 1965 when the Indians made the trade to bring Rocky back to Cleveland. I remember his throws from right field, he had the best arm I had ever seen from an outfielder. My Mom and Dad would take me to games in Cleveland and the only player I would watch the whole game was Rocky. Rocky Colovito deserves to be in the HOF

Comments: I think if is long ovrerdue for Rocky Colavito to be named to the Hall of Fame. He should not be penalized for playing for Cleveland, which did not give him a lot of support with some poor teams. It did not affect his effort though, even though he was often pitched around.

I remember the chills I got everytime I heard "Rocky Colavito's" name called out over the loud speaker. I was absolutely mesmerized by the "Rock". I wanted to grow and be just like Rocky. He really needs to be in the Hall of Fame. He also has has the coolest baseball name of all time..."ROCKY COLAVITO"!!!
